Personal data submitted through this website is processed on behalf of the Pastaevim brand as data controller. For requests: franchise@pastaevim.com
Data processed
Through the franchise application form we process your full name, email address, phone number, city / target location, concept preference, investment budget range, industry experience and any free text you provide. For security purposes the IP address and timestamp of the submission are also recorded.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to assess your franchise / licensing application, to contact you and to conduct the discussion process. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give on the form.
Transfers
Your personal data is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with authorised public bodies only where legally required. Data is not transferred abroad; hosting is on a server located in Türkiye.
Retention
Once your application is concluded, data is retained for the period required by applicable legislation and deleted at the end of that period. If you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted without delay.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. You can send your requests to franchise@pastaevim.com.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Only one strictly necessary technical cookie is used for form security; it contains no personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed.
